WhatsApp currently unavailable for water fault reporting

The City of Cape Town wants to inform residents that WhatsApp is currently unavailable for water fault reporting.Residents are advised to please submit water related queries and faults via the following channels:
- SMS to 31373
- Phone 0860 103 089 (option 2)
- Send an email to water@capetown.gov.za
- On the City’s website www.capetown.gov.za, click on ‘City Connect’
We are exploring reinstating the service and will inform the public once the issue has been resolved.
