The collection point will be closed-off from 3 to 14 February 2020 and is expected to be open to the public again from 05:00 on Saturday 15 February 2020.

As an alternative, the Bradwell Spring, which is located on the corner of Upper Buitenkant and Ludlow Streets in Vredehoek may also be accessed. This facility is open seven days a week, from 05:00 to 23:00, and security has been provided on site.

The City regrets any inconvenience to the users of the Newlands Spring facility, and thanks residents for their patience.
