Customer call centre
The Customer Relations Department will close at 13:00 on Friday, 15 December 2017. The water queue will remain open as it is an essential service.
However, you can still report water-related issues at 0860 103 089 - please choose Option 2.
You can still log service requests via the following channels:

- Email accounts@capetown.gov.za for account related queries
- Log a service request

- SMS 31220 for electricity queries
