‘Due to the extensive nature of the work and ensuring that we attend to all matters around this road, we need to extend the roadworks for a further two weeks. We understand the frustration this may cause, but once the work is completed, there will be long-term benefits for all who make use of this road,’ said the Mayoral Committee Member for Urban Mobility, Councillor Rob Quintas.
