Our mobile office team has been very effective in resolving long outstanding queries for residents and we are committed to bringing services closer to residents and ask that those who plan to make use of the services to remember to bring along their ID or municipal accounts to help ease the process,’ said the City’s Mayoral Committee Member for Corporate Services, Alderman Theresa Uys.
