  The City's Customer Relations Department's mobile team will assist residents with logging queries and service requests electronically. Customers can engage with the City in a wide range of non-emergency enquiries such as rates, sewerage, electricity, water, refuse collections, and all other account enquiries.
  
   
  'We are hoping to see a large number of residents coming out to take advantage of this opportunity in Delft this Thursday. Our mobile office team has been very effective in resolving long outstanding queries for residents and we are committed to bringing services closer to residents.
