City opens new and improved Fish Hoek Customer Interaction Centre

The new customer centre is now open to members of the public and is situated in the old Standard Bank building, 77 Main Road in Fish Hoek.The new customer centre is now open to members of the public and is situated in the old Standard Bank building, 77 Main Road in Fish Hoek.
'We are excited to be opening the doors of our bigger and better Fish Hoek Customer Interaction Centre. Our teams are ready to assist residents with their accounts, payment arrangements and motor vehicle registration and licensing enquiries. We are continuing to improve on our service offering to residents and we are pleased to announce that the Fish Hoek office supports our convenient and easy to use, online appointment booking system. Residents may make an appointment via the City's website and get ahead of the queues.

Motorists are advised that fines and warrants can now be viewed and paid online at https://www.paythat.co.za/ – this includes fines pre-dating 1 July 2022.

Retailers: Shoprite, Checkers, USave, Pick n Pay, PEP, Ackermans, Lewis, Top It Up, Woolworths and selected Spar shops
ATM: Contact your bank to add the City as an ATM beneficiary
