City offices closed on 2 and 5 April 2021 for public holidays

The City of Cape Town’s municipal offices, including cash, motor vehicle registration and licensing, and Human Settlements offices will be closed on 2 and 5 April 2021 in observing Good Friday and in celebration of Family Day
The City’s customer offices in the Lansdowne Corner Mall, Liberty Promenade Mall, Mitchells Plain, and Table Bay Mall will be closed on the public holidays, but will be open as usual on Saturday, 3 April 2021, and on Sunday, 4 April 2021, to help customers attend to urgent business. The offices will be open from 09:00 to 13:00.
Customers are reminded that municipal accounts may be paid at any Shoprite/Checkers, Pick n Pay, PEP, Woolworths and selected Spar shops, as well as online at www.powertime.co.za or www.easypay.co.za, and the renewal of motor vehicle licences may be made online at https://eservices.capetown.gov.za/
Payment of pre-due date traffic fines may be made online at www.standardbank.co.za (Standard Bank clients only); www.fnb.co.za (FNB clients only) and www.powertime.co.za or selected Spar shops. Standard Bank and First National Bank clients may also pay their pre-due date traffic fines at their respective ATMs.

- Online: www.Easypay.co.za or www.powertime.co.za
- EFTs: Select the City as a bank-listed beneficiary. Use only your nine-digit municipal account number as reference
- Retailers: Checkers, Pick n Pay, Shoprite, Spar and Woolworths
- e-Services: Use the City’s online e-services portal
- ATM: contact your bank to add the City as an ATM beneficiary
