• Tuesday, 18 April 2023, from 09:30 to 13:30 at the Joe Slovo Sports and Recreation Centre, Freedom Way, Milnerton
• Wednesday, 19 April 2023, from 09:30 to 13:30 at the Steenberg Community Hall, 54 Cradock Road, Steenberg
• Thursday, 20 April 2023, from 09:30 to 13:30 at the Wesfleur Municipal Admin Building, 1st Floor, Wesfleur, Atlantis
  
   
  The intention is to provide customer services to communities that are far from municipal facilities, such as housing and subcouncil offices or Free Call lines.
  
   
  The City's Customer Relations Department's mobile team will assist residents with logging queries and service requests electronically. Customers can engage with the City in a wide range of non-emergency enquiries such as rates, sewage, electricity, water, refuse collections and all other account enquiries. To date, the mobile office team has been very effective in resolving long outstanding queries for residents.
   
  
  'We are bringing the City's services closer to the people to ensure they do not spend time and money on transport. I encourage residents to visit the mobile office in their area. If you would like to make use of the services on offer, bring along your ID or municipal accounts to help ease the process,' said the City's Mayoral Committee Member for Corporate Services, Alderman Theresa Uys.
