​I have today, 25 October 2018, ruled in Council that in the interest of the public and transparency the two reports by Bowmans be moved from the green, confidential agenda, to the white open agenda of Council.

I have furthermore requested that the City of Cape Town administration upload said reports onto the City’s website so that these reports and their contents may be publically and easily accessible.
