Notice is hereby given in term of section 116(3) of the Local Government: Municipal Finance Management Act, No. 56 of 2003 (MFMA) that the City of Cape Town (“the City”) intends to amend the contract listed in the table below:

| Tender 159S/2022/23: Removal, Supply, Delivery, Repair and Installation of Vertical, Venetian and Roller Blinds as Well as Window Tinting at Various Buildings Within the Four Areas of the City of Cape Town | Approval is hereby sought to initiate a public participation process in terms of Section 116(3) of the Municipal Finance Management Act (MFMA) in respect of a proposed amendment to the time of the contract. The purpose of this Addendum is to amend the Contract Period, at the same rates, terms and conditions for a period of 24 months, on a month-to-month basis, from 01 January 2027 until 31 December 2028, or until the replacement tender is implemented, whichever occurs first | 31 December 2026 |
Notice is further given in accordance with section 21 of the Local Government Municipal Systems Act, No. 32 of 2000, that you can submit comments in respect of the proposed amendments.
